Hi, how can i reset (not come back to factory data) SMEG?

Hey I would strongly recommend that with all of the problems and strange behaviours you have with the SMEG system to visit your car dealer / mechanic and let them look into it. Maybe your SMEG system is damaged or needs some kind of reinstall of software. To your question: AFAIK you cant reset SMEG without going back to factory defaults. You can try this first as last try before visiting your car dealer.

I agree, next week i will bring the car to my car dealer. I hope that they solve the anomalies.
