Peugeot 306. It got caught up in a flood and was soaked up to the hood. It was taken for a scan and the scanner couldn't connect to the ecu. So what next do i do as i couldn't get a scan result. Does the tool named UPA USB used for me ? If you know please tell me . Thank you.
